FBI Tiger teams in the UK and Australia are continuing their investigation of News Corp. for wire tapping and violating the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, in a cover-up attempt.

Reuters and our sources in Canberra indicate that charges are imminent in New York, showing that News Corp., Rupert Murdoch, James Murdoch,  Rebekah Brooks the former News International CEO and a number of others have violated US Federal law. Specifically they will be charged with violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act., which make it a Federal crime for ‘...certain classes of persons and entities to make payments to foreign government officials to assist in obtaining or retaining business.’ our Canberra sources stated, quoting contacts at the US Justice Department.

Reuters reports that, News Corp. could be fined $2 million and banned from all future contracts with the US government. Persons found guilty face a $100,000 fine and a five year prison sentence.
